【上海金緯片板】 新一代試驗機亮相雅式展
試驗機，廣義說，就是一種產品或材料在投入使用前，對其質量或性能按設計要求進行驗證的儀器。上海金緯片板公司自主研發的新一代多功能試驗機于4月25~28日雅式展公開與大家見面。新一代試驗機特殊的螺桿設計，對物料的適應性更強。滿足了實驗室對多種原料改性測試、研究。
三輥采用線性滑軌導向，前后輥采用倍力氣缸壓緊，可精確控制片材厚度。三輥均由伺服電機獨立驅動，可增加壓延、流延等工藝調節靈活性。輥表面鍍硬鉻、鏡面拋光處理，片材制品表面更加精細、光潔度高。可配選熔體泵和靜態混合器以提高物料的塑化、均化效果。可選配模溫機/冷水機，精確控制壓延輥溫度。
Adopting linear railway for moving the calender ; front and back rollers clamped by cylinder , which can control the sheet thickness precisely . Three rollers are controlled with separate servo motor , it is easy to adjust the processing technology of rolling and casting. The surface of roller is chromed and mirror polished , sheet surface will be more smooth and brighter.
The melt pump and static mixer are optional for improving the plasticizing and mixing of raw material.
Temperature controller and chiller are optional for controlling the temperature of roller precisely.
